We are looking for a graduate health and nursing staff for the Körösi 2 day care center in Graz or after the relocation to Raaba from August 1, 2024, with a level of employment of 100%.

The Körösi II day care center will move to Raaba towards the end of the year, and at the same time an expansion to include a group is planned.

We are:
° a facility that supports 14 people (in Raaba: 21 people) with intellectual and physical disabilities - https://www.mosaik-web.org/125,
° an 11-person team that values ​​cooperation, mutual Support, reliability and further development are important. The team at the Raaba day care center will be expanded to include additional employees with the relocation.

Your tasks:
° We see care and education as a unit: You are responsible for the implementation of employment offers, offers for personal support and education, social inclusion and the necessary care of people with disabilities,
° Assessment of care needs and planning (care process)
° Training and passing on information to employees
° Work as a first aider

Requirements:
° Completed training as a qualified health and nursing assistant or qualified psychiatric health and nursing assistant.
° Empathetic and communicative personality.
° Physical and mental resilience.
° Proof of vaccination or immunity.
° Basic computer skills.

° We pay according to the SWÖ collective agreement - employment group 7/level 1 = gross minimum € 2881.60 (at 100% BA) plus SEG flat rate and additional payment according to KV/DGKP. The actual amount depends on the level of employment and applicable previous service.
