For the Graz RAGNITZ senior residence we are looking for a qualified health and nursing assistant, part-time or full-time - details about working hours will be discussed with you in person.

Your diverse area of responsibility:
- Determination, planning, organization and implementation of individual, resource-oriented care for our residents
- Prevention, health promotion and advice as part of care
- Documentation and evaluation of the nursing measures as part of the nursing process
- Carrying out diagnostic and therapeutic measures according to medical orders
- Implementation and coordination of life-saving emergency measures depending on the emergency situation
- Coordination of the nursing and care processes together with the nursing and care team in coordination with the nursing team management, the nursing service management and the house management

- completed training as a DGKP
- via a valid entry in the health register
- Good knowledge of German (at least B2 level)
