We are looking for an employee to start work as soon as possible as a deputy nursing manager (m/f/d).< /p>

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.

Duties include:
- Supervisor to all employees on behalf of the PDL in the absence
- Counseling for those seeking help and relatives
- Representation of the nursing home externally and internally
- Participation in further training
- Planning and conducting service meetings
- Operational planning
- Carrying out consultations, care planning
- Coordination of the interaction of all those involved in the care process
- Implementation control / control of the care documentation, basic care, treatment care palliative care while maintaining the current
standards of care and the legal basis
