Your tasks:
* Carrying out home visits as part of home nursing
* Responsibility for the direct and indirect care of primarily older people
* Carrying out medically assigned measures and activities within the context of medical diagnostics and therapy
* Medical wound care
* Palliative care
* Ongoing nursing evaluations of the forms of therapy used
* Close networking with other health and social professions
* Information for those affected or their relatives regarding care aids, care allowance and further support services
* Documentation of the nursing measures carried out
* Participate in team meetings

Your qualifications:
* Completed vocational training for the DGKP
* Good knowledge of German
* Willingness to work regular evening and weekend shifts
* Willingness to undertake regular training and further education
* Enjoy dealing with older people
* Independent work and flexibility
* Reliability, commitment and team spirit
* Driving license B

The minimum salary for the position as a qualified health and nursing nurse is EUR 2,755.66 gross per month based on full-time employment. Willingness to overpay.
