Your tasks:
* Independently ensuring that care is provided in line with needs, including diagnostics, planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of all nursing measures according to the nursing process
* Co-responsible for carrying out diagnostic and therapeutic measures according to medical orders
* Interdisciplinary collaboration with the various professional groups in the nursing home
* Documentation of the nursing process
* Participation in internal meetings and training courses
* Assistance with Training of new employees
