What you do
-You take on the care and support of people who need support in their everyday lives due to an illness, disability or their age
-Responsible for the professional and appropriate implementation of treatment care
-You support compliance with quality assurance measures
-You are responsible for the care process and coordinate the collaboration in the care team as a shift manager
-You support relatives with all questions about care
-You support the residents in coping with everyday life
