The Wörgl Senior Home is one of the larger homes in Tyrol with around 150 places for our residents. We care for people in 4 different living areas, offer a special service for people with dementia and work based on the care concept of IPK Riedl®.

We are now looking for 1 CERTIFIED HEALTH AND NURSING WORKER in the WÖRGL SENIOR HOME on a full-time basis (=40 hours per week).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Professionally competent care and nursing of our residents in a committed team
o Independent and individual planning, organization, implementation and control of all nursing measures
o Organization and accompaniment of residents at events
o Management of nursing documentation

YOUR PROFILE:
o Diploma in general health and nursing
o Communication skills and appreciation when dealing with residents and colleagues
o Able to work in a team and solution-oriented
o Enjoy working with older people and those in need of care
o Empathy and sense of responsibility

The gross monthly salary for this position on a full-time basis is at least € 3,570.00 without taking previous service into account. Depending on training, qualifications and experience, an overpayment is possible. The remuneration is based on the provisions of the T-GVBG 2012. The minimum salary for the position of CERTIFIED HEALTH AND NURSING WORKER IN THE SENIOR HOME IN WÖRGL is EUR 3,570.00 gross per month based on full-time employment. Willingness to pay more.
