The applicant must provide evidence of the following general and special admission requirements:
* Completed training as a graduate health and nursing assistant
* Commitment and commitment in dealing with older people and their relatives
* Professional experience in geriatric or nursing care is desirable
* Willingness for the management, training and motivation of employees in the nursing sector (personnel responsibility)
* Willingness to work in partnership and involve employees in decision-making - ability to work in a team and economic understanding
* Willingness to perform irregular shifts with weekend, holiday and night shifts
* Austrian citizenship, or persons with freedom of movement within the Union, otherwise valid work permit in accordance with the AuslBG; health, personal and professional suitability; sufficient knowledge of the German language, both written and spoken; for male applicants: military or community service completed
