For our team in "Wie daham" - Generationenpark Zeltweg, Aichdorfer Straße 2, 8740 Zeltweg we are now looking for:
2 qualified health and nursing staff (DGKP) (f/m/d)
in full or part time (100%, 75%, 50%)

- Independent implementation of professional

- Planning, implementation and evaluation of the care process
- Documentation of care activities and observations of residents
- Close cooperation with other health professionals in the team
- Advice and support for residents and their relatives
