You work at our location in the two residential communities on Hermann-Glück-Weg. You advise and support users when they seek medical treatment in the event of illness. You are able to advise, inform and involve users and their relatives in their decisions in an objective and appreciative manner. If special knowledge is required, you communicate professionally with medical decision-makers, nursing experts and therapists.
You support employees (specialist social and disability carers and nursing assistants) in complex health challenges so that they can combine their social care and educational activities with a holistic understanding of health.
You are responsible for the implementation of our care concepts in relation to nursing activities and pay particular attention to the observation and support of users' care risks. Another key area of responsibility is the further development of employees' care skills. You take on the practical instruction and are also responsible for the support and assessment of interns from the areas of social care and nursing. You work in close cooperation with the nursing department and the site management. Together they develop quality management strategies with a view to the individual needs and health promotion of the users.
